Annick Niyonzima was grown up in Burundi and studied later on in South Africa sociology and communication, project administration and marketing. In Brussels she is active member of African Diaspora associations and represent various local NGOs from Burundi within the Civil Society Dialogue to the governmental institutions of the EU and Belgium. 

Christof Hoyler studied Cultural Anthropology and Rural development in Germany, Portugal and Spain. His occupational career  was shaped since 1994 by humanitarian aid missions to African conflict areas such as the Angolan civil war, the Great Lake region conflicts and the Sahel food crisis, and since 2006 with development policy advocacy at the Brussels EU-quarter. In addition he acquired with his engagements special expertise knowledge on private sector development, ecological and social entrepreneurship and open source software.

Mr. Manfred Spaltenberger assist our company with his expertise on to innovative solution on the environmental technology and industry, such as intellectual property issues, sales management and financing for with small and medium enterprises. He is also board of the German Institute for Innovation. His slogan is: "We have for everything a solution, as soon as we know the problem"


Dr. Jan Cernicky is founder and advisor to ID ResearchService Africa in all topics beyond the day-to-day business.

He started in 2009 the Research Service for business and strategy and policy consulting for the Western and Central African regions. End 2015 he will leave for a longer mission to Central Africa, but still remains the consulting shareholder to our company.
